【NOW健康 葉立斌／台北報導】不少受「足癬」以及相關皮膚疾病困擾的民眾，都聽過克癬這項軟膏；這也是診所經常開立的藥膏。今（18）日食藥署宣布，寶齡富錦生技股份有限公司的「克癬乳膏」（CLOSONE CREAM）因為廠商主動通報，案內部分批號藥品於進行例行性安定性試驗時發現不純物含量偏離規格，故啟動回收，約有14.3萬支產品被下架。

「克癬乳膏」主成分為BETAMETHASONE（AS DIPROPIONATE）, CLOTRIMAZOLE，主要用於足癬、股癬、體癬。食藥署請各醫療院所、藥商、藥局配合辦理回收作業，立即停止調劑、供應；民眾如對使用之藥品有任何疑慮，應盡速回診與醫師討論，處方其他適當藥品。

食藥署藥品組科長洪國登表示，廠商主動通報該產品進行組成物測試時，發現在12個月內不純物超標，原先僅發現1批有類似問題，擴大檢驗後發現有9批有類似問題，因此廠商決定回收29批產品，批號為：303-1901、303-1902、303-1903、303-1912、303-2001、303-2002、303-2003、303-2004、303-2005、303-2006、303-2007、303-2008、303-2009、303-2101、303-2102、303-2103、303-2104、303-2105、303-2106、303-2107、303-2108、303-2109、303-2110、303-2111、303-2201、303-2202、303-2203、303-2204、303-2205。

洪國登表示，這項產品共有1公斤大包裝、22公克中包裝以及10公克小包裝3種；1公斤裝回收3900罐、22克回收86000支、10克裝回收5.3萬支；3種包裝共回收14.3萬支。健保年用量為1.7萬支，市面上仍有類似產品可替代。

食藥署已要求廠商應於111年11月6日前完成回收作業，並應繳交回收成果報告書及後續預防矯正措施。
