We provide measurement and calibration Tests, ODM, OEM services for certain products.

We have hundreds of customers from over 60 countries, and to meet their demands, we developed a plant in Vietnam (with a total infrastructure area of 10000 square meters, which includes three major buildings dedicated to operations and production) in addition to the main manufacturing facility in Taiwan. Now, we are focusing on automatic production lines and investing in automation equipment. In the future, we pledge to deliver the highest-quality product in the shortest possible period.

We are Early Innovators

Citi is the first American bank to set up in Singapore. With just a handful of employees, we started our banking journey in Singapore by providing rubber and tin financing. The Global Consumer Bank business was started later in 1982. By 1983, we became the first bank to offer 24/7 air-conditioned ATMs! Citi also introduced features like a 24-hour customer service hotline and surveillance cameras to provide customers ease and comfort while banking. Although common place today, these helped popularize the use of ATMs in Singapore back then.

We Enable Progress for our Customers

As we crossed over into the new millennium, we adapted our services to suit the changing needs of customers. Since the launch of the Citi Mobile® App in 2009, new features are regularly introduced to streamline the way customers perform everyday banking transactions, and to help achieve their financial goals.

Just as customers are evolving, Citi too is pivoting from traditional ideas of wealth accumulation and affluence which were once upheld by our first Citigold members in the late 1980s. Today, we let our customers lead the conversation about what wealth means. The Citi Wealth Hub, which opened in December 2022 has been fertile ground to facilitate these meaningful conversations. Since its opening, over 16, 000 client engagements have taken place at the Hub.

Citi’s impact isn’t limited to our customers. As one of the largest foreign banking employers in Singapore, supporting employee growth aspirations through key talent development programs like the Citi Singapore Learning Academy and Overseas Singapore Network have always been a priority.

Employees Roy Phua (Head of Mortgage) and Jaz Teo (Unsecured Lending Product Manager) who both joined Citi in 2004 haven’t looked back since. In a time when changing employers every couple of years is commonplace, they continue to choose Citi as an employer because of the opportunities they’ve had to hone their skills and the community of people they work with.
